David A. Lank

David Lank is Founder and Principal of Sharpe Venture Group, a Boston-based multifamily and mixed-use real estate investment, development and management company. Prior to Sharpe, David worked as a national retail tenant representative master broker, then led the Cambridge office leasing team for the largest independent brokerage in New England, and finally directed leasing for over six million square feet of shopping center GLA for a publicly traded REIT. In addition to EBSC, David has served on the Board of Directors, Steering Committee or otherwise for the Friends of the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway, East Boston Main Streets, NOAH Inc, The Boch Center, Charles River Esplanade, Rose Kennedy Greenway, CJP, Boston Children’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Mass Eye and Ear and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. David resides with his wife, son and Dog in East Boston and plays guitar in his band Lanky and the Fens in his spare time.
