Greg Wilmot

Board Member

Greg Wilmot is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NeighborHealth, the largest community-based primary care health system in Massachusetts. With a career spanning various roles in the health and human services industries, Greg served as EBNHC’s Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director of Neighborhood PACE before assuming his current role in 2022. He has also held leadership positions at AllWays Health Partners, Boston Medical Center Health System, and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Greg holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College and an MBA from Northeastern University with a specialization in Investments.

Greg’s professional achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award in 2019 and the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus Black Excellence on the Hill Award in 2023. He is actively involved in the community, serving on various boards and advisory groups, including the Boston Public Health Commission’s Board of Health, the Board of Trustees for Boston Medical Center Health System, and, since June 2024, the East Boston Social Centers board.
