Carolina Espinoza

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Carolina joined the East Boston Social Centers in January 2022 as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, having graduated in Communications from Umass Boston as a first-generation student in 2021. Her passion for creating content, using social media, and supporting the East Boston community led her to this role. Carolina has a history of working with nonprofits, including the Veronica Robles Cultural Center, where she discovered her passion for community work.

As a lifelong resident of East Boston and the daughter of Central American immigrants, Carolina is proud of her roots and has firsthand experience helping her parents navigate translation, resources, and assistance. She is excited to use her skills to help other families in East Boston as she has done for her own.

In her spare time you can find Carolina taking pictures of everything, pretending to be a foodie, dancing any chance she gets, and always making memories with family and friends.
