Karina Panzarella

Program Coordinator, Every Child Shines

Karina Panzarella is the Program Coordinator for Every Child Shines. Karina is a Japanese-Brazilian that grew up in Brazil, where she started her career in education and achieved her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She moved to the United States as an au pair to learn English and to achieve her certification as a Montessori teacher. 

Karina brings to East Boston Social Center her experiences as a teacher, Parent Coach and as a multicultural immigrant. She has worked in various education sectors but always felt the drive to work in a community service organization. She is excited to join a non-profit that believes in the power of family support and education. Karina will work directly with the Family Champions to connect families with the guidance and support they need to thrive.
