Ronaldo Rauseo-Ricupero

Ronaldo Rauseo-Ricupero has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the East Boston Social Centers since 2011, and is proud to have been a participant in EBSC’s child and youth programming, including at playschool and at the East Boston Camps in Westford, where he was a grateful recipient of a Caporale campership for his final year at Nashoba. Currently, he is a litigator at Nixon Peabody LLP, which has been counsel to the East Boston Social Centers for at least forty years. Ronaldo has represented clients at all stages of complex criminal and civil matters, including successfully arguing cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeal. He is chair of the firm’s electronic discovery practice, serves on the pro bono committee, and was named Nixon Peabody’s inaugural firm-wide Pro Bono Attorney of the Year. He has been listed as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in white collar defense for four years, and, in 2020, was named a Top Lawyer under 40 by the Hispanic National Bar Association. He serves as clerk to the Boards of the ACLU of Massachusetts, the John William Ward Public Service Fellowship, and the Maple Leaf Foundation.
