Cesar Armas

Direct Services Manager, EBFEN

Cesar R. Armas joined our team at the East Boston Social Centers as the Direct Services Manager of the East Boston Family Engagement Network. Cesar has several years of experience working in community mental health where he developed a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their treatment and recovery goals. He has worked in various capacities such as a bilingual psychosocial rehabilitation counselor, case manager, and residential coordinator at non for profit organizations in Chicago. Cesar is enthusiastic about being an integral member of the East Boston community and plans to incorporate services with an empathic, collaborative, and person-centered approach.
